Welcome to Children’s Ministry at South Sound Community Church!
We have created an environment for your child to grow in the knowledge they are created and loved by God! Children are grouped in age appropriate classes from nursery to 6th grade. We have dedicated teachers and classroom leaders that love children!
In our classes we learn The Bible is God’s Word and they include Bible Stories, learning Bible verses, crafts, games and activities. We start the Sunday Worship Service with the congregation, children sit with their parents and then are dismissed to class.
Elementary school children have to opportunity to start earning tickets for “Miss Laura’s Store.” Tickets can be redeemed for prizes on a monthly basis.
In addition to Sunday School, we have a great Wednesday night program. All Stars for Jesus Bible Club meets from 6:30-8:00 pm, September through July. We do outreaches including: Jingle Fest - a kid’s Christmas drama and fun night, a huge Easter Egg Hunt, and Lacey Fun Fair.
There is a place for every child at SSC! You’re kids are going to love it!

Ticket Opportunities - How to Win Tickets
1 ticket: each week you show up and participate to the best of your ability. 2 tickets: bring a friend, or memorize a Bible verse. 10 tickets: The Lord's Prayer or New Testament books of the Bible or have a birthday or bring a friend to Wednesday night! 15 tickets: Old Testament books of the Bible or the 23rd Psalm
Bonus Opportunities (15 tickets) by participating in extra activities, i.e. fun fair, musical egg hunt.
