If you need an event announced or info about it placed in the church bulletin or on the church website or you need to schedule any room(s) in the church facility, you've reached the right place.

This Planning Form (online below or this downloadable PDF) must be filled out and returned to the church office for approval. The event must be confirmed on the church calendar before the facility/room usage is granted. Thank you for your help and cooperation so our ministry can function as smoothly as possible.
